Affiliate-program
The affiliate-program is for people that upload many and/or large files. In most cases these people need a premium account, because they need more traffic, storage space and an expended upload-, as well as, downloadable filesize limit. After buying a premium account you automaticly join the affiliate-program. The affiliate-program includes a payment for the download of your files and for the recruiting of new users. With the acquired payment you can extend, or even completely pay up for your premium account as well as requesting a real-money payout. So upgrade to a premium account now and start earning money!

The payment system
The amount of payment you can recieve is different for each country, take a look at the table below to see in which level of benefit your country is listed in.

Which condition level do I get?<- Click here

1. The participant earns xx% from the price of the bought premium account. As example, when the bought premium account was priced with 10€, the participant will recieve 40% of its value, that will be 4000 points, so 4€ at the end.
2. The participant earns xx% for each follow-up order of an advertised user, as long as the follow-up order will be within 7 days after expiring of the previous premium account.
3. The points will only get valued, if the advertised user has purchased a premium account runtime of at least 30 days runtime as well as uploaded at least 500 MB.
4. From each user, who completly downloads a file or files of the same owner, there will be counted only one full download for every 24 hours.
5. A file is "small", when its filesize is from 10 up to 100 megabytes size.
6. A file is "medium", when its filesize is from 100 up to 1536 megabytes size.
7. A file is "large", when its filesize is minimum 1536 megabytes.
8. The level of condition the participant will recieve will always be based on our least known origin.
9. All gathered points will get lost after the runtime of all bought premium account subsciptions does expire completely.

Our affiliate-program system
In the following you can read over all points that you have to keep in mind, when participating in our affiliate-program, in addition you can read up of any rights and obligations from MegaFile and the participants.

Our payout-system
1. Advertising user

Advertising users only work, when the to advertising user gets via the ref-link of the provider to our page.
Points will get payed out, after the advertised user fully signed up, uploaded at least 500 MB and bought a premium account of at least 30 days runtime. You can read up about how much points you will recieve for each kind at: "Overall informations".

2. Download of my files

Points for downloads of your files are split up in different levels, depending of its filesize. You can read up about how much points you earn for each kind in the table at: "Overall informations".
A download only counts, when the file was downloaded completely and for each person, that downloads a file, there will be counted only one download for a single uploader for every 24 hours.

Duties and rights of MegaFile
1. Duties

MegaFile has to take care, that the affiliate-program runs properly - as claimed here - as well as to prevent the appearance of valuing incorrect points, no valuing earned points or anything other like this.

2. Rights

MegaFile owns the right to cancel or lower any earned points or ordered real-money payouts by the user, on our part, if there are violations against our terms of service by the user.

Duties and rights of the user
1. Duties

The user has - even with the automatic participation in our affiliate-program upon purchasing a premium account - no duties at all!

2. Rights

The user has the right of damage compensation, in case there are any incorrect points being valued, as long as this can be validated in MegaFile's records.

3. Additional information

The user can only request a real-money payout, when there are at least 100000 points earned.
The user can expand the premium account runtime only, when the points come up for the actual price of the desired premium account. Basically: Points devided by 10 is equal to the value in cents.
